Jenna provides speech, language and feeding intervention and evaluation. She travels to each client’s natural environment for therapy (home, school or community) and/or can provide telehealth services.

Jenna will provide comprehensive and collaborative evaluations and treatment plans, with continuous progress updates to clients and families. Jenna will collaborate directly with client’s physicians, school, and other professionals as she believes a multi-disciplinary approach is critical to optimal therapy.

Jenna’s approach integrates elements of evidence-based therapy and trainings including PROMPT, DIRFloortime, Dynamic Tactile Temporal Cueing (DTTC),  Sequential Oral Sensory (SOS) Approach, and TalkTools Feeding Therapy: A Sensory Motor Approach, as well as other child-led, play-based and sensory-motor approaches. Jenna strives to tailor treatment to best provide each client with what they need.

    the way we say our speech sounds and specific speech patterns we use

  • Expressive Language

    putting thoughts into words and sentences, using certain vocabulary, and grammar

  • Receptive Language

    understanding language such as following directions, answering questions, and identifying objects

  • Childhood Apraxia of Speech (CAS) and motor planning disorders

    coordinating and planning the motor movements required to produce speech sounds

  • Dysphagia

    oral motor or sensory impairments that cause a child to have difficulty eating, swallowing, or appear to be “picky” with a limited diet

  • Social-Pragmatic Language

    the way we communicate verbally and non-verbally in a social context

  • Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)

    social pragmatic, expressive, and receptive language deficits across environments

  • Cognitive-Linguistic Impairments

    difficulty with word finding, memory and problem solving
